Shipping DetailsOnce payment has been cleared your order will be processed. For Paypal users, there can sometimes be a delay between Paypal sending you a receipt for payment and our accounts servers being notified.If you ordered a physical product your disc will be shipped within 48 hrs of your order being received during working hours Mon-Friday 9am-6pm GMT. If you order on a weekend, orders may take a little longer (sorry we just can't make the postal service work on a Sunday - they don't get the whole camera thing like we do). For physical items we typically ship USPS priority. Items generally take 3-4 days to arrive within the US and 6-10 days internationally. Please note that in some cases delivery can take a little longer. But we do try to send them out straight away. Download orders usually arrive within an hour once your payment has cleared. We use high-speed servers from Amazon.com so downloads are usually pretty fast. However in some cases with large files you may experience issues with your ISP restricting the download of large files. Once your link is delivered to you, please download your training within 7 days as the link will expire after this time. If you do have any questions, please submit a support ticket at fstopacademy.zendesk.com and the team will get back to you within 48hrs (although in most cases within 12-24 hrs or less). You must register fully with Zendesk in order for your ticket to reach our support team. Please do not send emails to our billing address as this is an automated email box and your message WILL NOT reach us and your query will not be dealt with. Please try if possible to provide your order number in all correspondence. We totally hate having to make you wait while we search for your details. So if you can add the order number we can get back to you much more quickly. |
